Identify your TiVo!
Through the TiVo Menu:

Look on the front panel of your unit.
If you see a Philips, Sony, AT&T, or Hughes Network Systems logo, select that company as the manufacturer of your DVR.
If you see a DIRECTV logo, look for the additional Philips, Sony, or Hughes logo and then choose that company as the manufacturer of your DVR/DIRECTV combo unit.
