Ordering

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days of reciept of payment. We require that all personal checks and money orders clear before initiating shipment. All orders are shipped by UPS Ground standard. Shipping upgrades are available for faster service.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, return it to us and we will refund your payment less a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in a new state in original packaging. Return shipping to be paid by customer. Please see our limited warranty and rma statements for more information

Privacy
Any personal information communicated to us will be used for internal purposes only. Shipping information will be provided to UPS. We do not share or sell our information to other third parties.
