Return Merchandise Authorization


We at AmblerTech take customer satisfaction seriously. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can recieve a refund within 30 days after purchase. All AmblerTech products are warrantied for exchange, for a period of 90 days after purchase (with valid receipt).

For your convenience, our policies and procedures regarding returned merchandise are provided below.

Policies and Procedures
1. Please contact our staff and perform the suggested basic troubleshooting before initiating any return.
2. All items must be tested by our service technicians before any refund or exchange is provided.
3. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund on non-defective merchandise.
4. Refunds/exchanges will not be provided for merchandise which has been physically damaged after purchase.
5. No items will be accepted for refunds/exchanges without an RMA number.
6. Your RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package when shipping us the merchandise.
7. RMA numbers are good for two weeks. If you do not send us your merchandise within two weeks of recieving your RMA number, you must call and recieve a new number.
8. A copy of your invoice must accompany your returned merchandise.
9. Refunds and/or exchanges cannot be provided at trade shows without the prior approval of management.
10. AmblerTech will not be held liable for shipping charges in respect to returned merchandise under any circumstances.
